We keep up with the leaders in competition. Thanks to our Of-counsel Michal Petr, who used to be deputy chairman of the Office for the Protection of Competition, and who also teaches competition law, can give clients plenty of help even in the most complicated situations. These range from structuring transactions to resolving delicate matters, determining whether and how to admit to participating in a cartel (leniency), to claiming damages caused by a competitor. Our practice also includes assistance in cases that are on the edge – or beyond the edge – of state aid rules.
Our team has contributed to the commentary on the Competition Damages Act and represents several cases concerning damages caused by misuse of dominant position.
