Hana studied law at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, where she earned her Mgr. degree, and subsequently completed her rigorous examination at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She also obtained an MBA from the University of New York in Prague.

She has been working in the legal field since 2002. She started as a legislative lawyer at the Ministry of Informatics of the Czech Republic and later worked as a legal counsel at Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. She then joined the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and subsequently spent more than ten years leading the legal department of the Metrostav Group, where she specialized in public procurement and PPP projects.

Hana has been a qualified attorney since 2009 and focuses on complex construction projects, including PPP, EPC, and D&B. She is among the leading experts in public procurement, having participated in major infrastructure projects worth several billion euros. In addition to her legal practice, she also serves as the Director of the Legislative Section at the Association of Building Entrepreneurs.
