Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2019, passing the rigorous examinations in 2020. He also completed the Exchange Programme in International and Comparative Business Law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.
During his studies, he also gained work experience outside the private sector, during internships at the Czech Office of the Government, the Czech Ministry of Justice and in the office of the Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg.
He specialises in dispute resolution, including arbitration, where he also assists arbitrators and arbitral tribunals. Apart from that, he focuses on contract, corporate and energy law. He also occasionally publishes papers dealing particularly with the law of obligations.
He is fluent in English.
