Radim graduated from the Faculty of Transportation Sciences at the Czech Technical University in Prague and from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia, where he wrote his thesis on Contractual Liability in International Road Transport.

He has been working at JŠK since 2020, where he gained experience as a paralegal before he started working as a junior lawyer. Thanks to his technical background, he seeks out areas where law and practice intersect, whether in the aviation industry, the energy sector or construction. His lifelong hobby is aviation and he is a licensed pilot.

At JŠK, he focuses on developing the firm's aviation practice. He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
