Michaela graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2020. During her studies, she focused on health and insurance law. She also participated in the Erasmus project in Rijeka.

She gained experience in a Czech law firm, insurance company MetLife and the Czech Insurance Association, and as an intern at the District Court for Prague 7.

At JŠK, she specialises in insurance, contractual documentation, debt collection, litigation and representation in court.

She is fluent in English.
