Michaela graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2013. She spent a year studying business law and company law at Jönköping University in Sweden and three years studying Czech studies at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University.

She has been practising law since 2017.

Among other things, she worked in one of the largest Czech law firms, Havel & Partners.

At JŠK, she focuses mainly on the regulation and distribution of financial services, insurance law, consumer protection issues and personal data protection. She also has extensive experience in debt management and recovery.

She speaks English.
