Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2025 with a thesis on “The Influence of a Shareholder with Nomination Rights on the Decision-Making of an Elected Body.” During his studies, he also focused on the intersection of law and ecology.

He gained experience in cross-border transactions at a large international law firm. Since 2025, he has been part of the dispute resolution team at JŠK.

He is fluent in English.
