Lenka graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2024, with a thesis titled "Differentiation of Corporate Law of the Member States as Incentive for Purposeful Incorporation in Another Member State (Delaware Effect)." She spent one semester studying in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and participated in additional study programs in countries such as Croatia, Romania, and Austria.

She gained work experience as a paralegal at an international law firm and a venture capital company. She has been with JŠK since September 2024, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

She is fluent in English and has an advanced knowledge of Spanish.
