Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. She also graduated from Cardiff University in European Studies and the College of International and Public Relations.

She has been practising law since 2016.

Prior to joining JŠK, she worked at one of the largest Czech law firms, Havel, Holásek & Partners, and also worked briefly as an intern at a law firm and legal protection insurance company in the United Kingdom.

She specialises in insurance, including the creation of insurance documentation and regulatory issues, as well as the litigation agenda, administration and debt collection.

She is fluent in English and partly in Spanish.
