Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2016 and also spent one semester at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.
He worked at renowned law firms in Prague where he focused mainly on commercial law. As part of his work, he also had the opportunity to participate in several significant real estate transactions in the Czech Republic.
At JŠK, his primary focus is mergers & acqusitions, real estate and corporate issues.
He is fluent in English.
