Eliška graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and spent a semester studying corporate law in the Netherlands. She also graduated from the Faculty of Economics.

She has been practising law since 2018.

Prior to joining JŠK, she worked for the international law firm Clifford Chance.

She focuses primarily on disputes, civil, commercial and insurance law.

Eliška is fluent in English.
