Daniel graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2015, having also completed a bachelor's degree in international business at the University of Economics in Prague. He also studied at the United Nations International School in New York.

He started working at JŠK already during his studies and also completed his entire traineeship there.

Daniel has been practising law since 2018, specialising in corporate and business law, banking & finance. He also deals with sports law and has experience in the field of energy law.

He is fluent in English and partly in Spanish.
