Dana is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. In 1994, she passed a judicial examination and was appointed as a judge.
She has also practised law in several foreign law firms.
In recent years, she has been involved with some of her colleagues in the supervision of certain projects co-financed by European funds and has been a contract specialist according to FIDIC model documents. Since 2005 she has been conducting various seminars on their use.
In connection with public procurement in construction, she focuses on the issue of awarding construction works and additional works.
In addition to her day-to-day legal practice, she also deals with the protection of property rights in the event of restitution, maintenance or tolerance of land use by airport operators in accordance with the Civil Aviation Act.
She is a member of the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers.
