JŠK advised the SUDOP Group (SUDOP CIT) on the acquisition of BizzTreat, an IT company providing advanced data analytics services.

Originally a purely project and engineering group, SUDOP has strengthened its already stable and leading position in the Czech IT market by acquiring its eleventh IT company. The acquisition supports its plan to build one of the largest IT groups in theCzech Republic and significantly contributes to the consolidation of the Czech and Central European IT markets.

The acquired company is tech firm BizzTreats.r.o., which builds on a combination of know-how in data, business and technology, a personal approach and understanding of clients' needs, and a search for deeper meaning behind every analysis.

The JŠK transaction team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil on the buy side in cooperation with senior associate Jana Pospíšilová. "We really enjoy working with SUDOP CIT," Doležil said. "The transactions are agile, straightforward, and have a clear objective. This was also the case with the acquisition of BizzTreat."
