We advised PRE Group on its acquisition of 100% stake in solar power plant supplier SolidSun.

Both parties have already signed a share purchase and sale agreement. Organisationally, SolidSun will be a subsidiary of PREenergo, which offers a wide range of energy services for households, companies and public administration. PREenergo, a PRE Group company, has also agreed with SolidSun's managers that the company's top management will remain in their positions. The transaction settlement is subject to the approval of the Office for the Protection of Competition and is expected by the end of 2024.

JŠK's legal team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil, with significant support from managing associate Daniel Pospíšil in an executive role, senior associate Vladěna Svobodová, who was responsible for competition matters, and junior lawyer Filip Vraspír.
