Since March, our litigation team has grown with two new additions in the form of senior associate Daniel Marian and junior lawyer Linda Štybnarová.

Prior to joining JŠK, Daniel worked in leading Czech law firms, where he gradually began to specialise in litigation. On his new position, he adds: "First of all, I would like to thank for the opportunity to work in a team of ambitious and talented lawyers. I am delighted that JŠK places a strong emphasis on teamwork and the development of not only legal skills."

And what does Linda say about her first month in JŠK? „I was pleasantly surprised how much space and opportunities for development one gets at JŠK. Basically, from the very beginning, I am in a direct contact with our clients, I have the opportunity to work on such diverting cases where I can propose solutions by myself, which we then discuss together with other colleagues across the office.“
