Another of our employment law breakfasts is behind us – and once again, we met both in person and online. This time, we delved into the topic of evidence and service of documents in employment relationships and legal disputes.
We explored, for example, how even WhatsApp messages can serve as valid evidence and discussed the conditions under which audio recordings can be used. Regarding service of documents, we tackled practical issues around serving documents to employees in person and shared experiences from real-life practice.
